Rachel began her legal career as an articling student at Dunsmore Law. She is interested in all areas of labour and employment law and has experience representing both employers and employees.

Rachel completed her legal studies at Western University. During law school, Rachel was involved with the Labour and Employment Law Society and served as the Co-President in 2017-2018. In this role, she organized moot competitions, networking opportunities for students, and student involvement for the 2017 Labour Law Conference. In her final year, Rachel completed an independent research project on reforming Canada’s labour relations system. Upon graduation, she was awarded the Sherrard Kuzz LLP Labour & Employment Law Achievement Award.

Prior to law school, Rachel completed her Master of Industrial Relations (MIR) at Queen’s University. This program inspired Rachel’s interest in labour and employment issues and provided her with a practical foundation for her legal career. During the MIR program, Rachel competed in the International Negotiations Cup and received the highest score in her category.

In her spare time, Rachel enjoys cooking, travelling, and exploring Toronto’s food scene.
