I have always felt that the way to achieve the best possible results for clients is through exhaustive preparation that sets the foundation for staunch advocacy and persuasive negotiation. 

It is a philosophy I learned during my experiences at a large energy corporation and one of Canada's leading labour and employment law firms. It has held true in my own practice and proven its value in my experiences at the Superior Court of Justice, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Ontario Relations Board and other adjudicating bodies.

It is extremely rewarding to work with others at Emstrata Law who hold the same convictions. 

Each of us has specialties or areas of focus we have been drawn to, mine include employee privacy and workplace accommodation. 

When we are asked to contribute our expertise to a team, we each brings well researched points of view and when an answer and strategy is needed we all know the arguments of the other members are as well backed up as our own.
