An extensive career as a senior manager in retail, travel, and insurance operations, combined with significant experience as an employment lawyer, lets me bring a hands-on understanding of the employment relationship when working with clients.

This breadth of experience allows me to provide an insight, from a legal, as well as a business, perspective when developing strategies and policies. I give good practical advice.

In my practice, which focuses on employee related issues, I apply my strong understanding of current employment law legislation and practices, as well as trends that may affect these in the future. I look for sensible and cost-effective solutions.

Through the Emstrata Law alliance, I have access to a team of employment and labour law professionals who have significant cumulative legal experience. I can now combine my skills with the abilities of other highly qualified colleagues to design the most effective legal strategies available.
